Terms and conditions
These terms apply to Clarity Cleans booking requests, prices and domestic general cleaning services.
Booking requests
Submitting the booking form creates a booking request, not a guaranteed appointment. Clarity Cleans will review the address, date, property size, selected add-ons and notes before confirming.
Clarity Cleans currently accepts one booking per day. If a date becomes unavailable before your request is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange another suitable date.
Prices and scope
Starting prices are for standard domestic general cleans based on the number of bedrooms. Add-ons are priced separately and shown before you send the booking request.
Prices rely on accurate information. If the property condition, access, size or requested work is outside the selected scope, Clarity Cleans may revise the price, request more information or decline the work.
Work not included
General cleaning does not include extreme deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans, heavy hoarding, pest issues, biohazards, needles, unsafe substances, specialist mould treatment, exterior window cleaning or work that would be unsafe for staff.
If any concern is identified before or during the visit, Clarity Cleans may pause, decline or rearrange the booking.
Access and customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for giving accurate address details, safe access, parking information where relevant and clear instructions for pets, alarms, keys or key safes.
Please remove fragile valuables, secure personal items and tell Clarity Cleans about any delicate surfaces or areas to avoid.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a booking request, contact Clarity Cleans as soon as possible at info@claritycleans.uk or 07417 421632.
Confirmed booking cancellation rules may be explained separately once live payment or deposit handling is enabled.
