Do you charge by the hour?
No. Clarity Cleans uses simple starting prices based on bedroom count, with clear add-ons if you need extra attention.
Is the booking confirmed straight away?
The request is received first, then Clarity Cleans confirms once the date, address and details have been checked.
Can I add extras?
Yes. You can add fridge cleaning, cupboard cleaning, oven cleaning, deep dust cleaning and inside window cleaning.
Are deep cleans or end-of-tenancy cleans included?
No. The online prices are for standard general cleans. Extreme deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans and very heavily soiled properties need a separate review.
Can two people book the same date?
The booking flow only allows one booking per day and blocks dates already saved as booked.
