Privacy policy
This policy explains how Clarity Cleans handles customer information for domestic cleaning enquiries and booking requests.
Information we collect
We collect the details you provide when you contact us or use the booking flow, including your name, email address, phone number, postcode, address, preferred booking date, selected service details, add-ons and notes.
If you include access instructions, parking details, pet information or other household notes, those details are treated as private booking information.
How we use your information
We use your information to check whether we can cover your address, review and confirm booking requests, prepare for the clean, contact you about your booking and keep basic business records.
We do not sell customer information. Information is only shared where needed to run the business, comply with legal duties or protect the safety of customers and staff.
Storage and security
Booking requests are stored in Clarity Cleans' Firebase backend. Customer account access requires Firebase Auth sign-in, and the admin booking dashboard requires an approved Clarity admin account.
Guest requests are saved for Clarity Cleans to review, but they do not appear in an online customer account unless they were sent while signed in.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask for incorrect details to be corrected, or request deletion where the business no longer needs the information for legal or operational reasons.
